Refunds
If we can't deliver a carry we quoted, you get the full $990 back. You keep the report and anything we've already sent.

The promise
You pay only after you've read the free report and asked for the carried branch. If, after you've paid, we can't deliver that carry as described in our terms, we refund the full amount you paid for it. No partial refunds, no fees kept back.
When a carry gets stuck
If a carry turns out harder than the report showed, we tell you as soon as we know, say what's blocking it, and you choose:
- More time, at the same price, with a new delivery date; or
- A full refund of the $990.
If you choose more time and we miss the new date, you can still have the full refund.
How refunds are made
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
- A person makes each refund by hand, usually the same day you ask. Your bank may take several days to show it.
- You keep the report, and anything we've already delivered.
When we don't refund
Once a carry is delivered as described in our terms, it's complete. If something in a delivery is wrong, tell us and we'll fix the branch at no charge.
